Product Information
All oak nosings are machined to order, so availability is usually 7-10 working days plus delivery.
All nosings are supplied as unfinished oak and usually in multiples of 1.0 metre long. They will require cutting to size on site. We can supply lengths up to 2.4 metres long, so please confirm lengths required if different to 1.0 metre.
We use American White Oak for our oak stair nosing because of its clear grain properties, which gives it the perfect appearance for mouldings such as this.
Please click on the drop-down selection boxes above for sizes and shapes available but here is a guide to the sizes suitable for the various flooring we supply (please note that ‘Ex’ means the sawn size that the Nosings will be machined from, and the finished size will be 6mm less than the ‘Ex’ size shown);
- Ex 25 x 100, 125 or 150mm for bullnosed nosings – suitable for 15mm and 18mm flooring
- Ex 38 x 100, 125 or 150mm for bullnosed nosings – suitable for 20/21mm flooring
IMPORTANT:
The bullnosed nosings are supplied with a rounded nosing to the leading edge and a T&G tongue or rebate to the other, to fit your selected flooring size. Please confirm which leading profile you would prefer in the order comments box. Whether you want the nosing to have a tongue to fit into the flooring or a groove to accept the flooring. Each stair nosing is different, along with each stair nosing is taken out of a natural raw natural of oak. This means that the stair nosing you receive might have a knot within the board. It may not look identical to the picture shown.
Please note that each stair nosing is machined to order. If there are boards that are damaged you will be able to seek a replacement. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns if a product does not have any damage. This is because each product is machined to order. We will do our upmost to work with you our customer, if a problem occurs.

Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)

- At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
