SUSTAINABLY SOURCED, PREMIUM FRENCH OAK
All of our floors are made from premium French Oak on top of an engineered Eucalyptus core, for a floor that will stand the test of time. All raw materials in the production of our floors are derived exclusively from sustainable forestry areas.
Product Information
Unfinished engineered oak flooring is one of our most popular floors and includes grades of flooring available from A through to D and below, giving you a fantastic unique appearance to your finished floor, with all features sanded back to 120 grit, ready for any finish you require to apply afterwards.
This Unfinished engineered oak flooring is covered with a 6mm thick 190mm wide single strip oak, which is shown off to beautiful effect with the extra width that is available to you when ordering our engineered oak flooring.
All natural features of the oak floor are retained during the grading process for our sanded back engineered oak flooring, the open features using a natural filler if we do have any knots. The grading is very high in our unfinished boards.
Unfinished engineered oak flooring is suitable for installation over Under Floor Heating as long as acclimatisation, installation and on-going maintenance guidelines are followed. Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)
Key information -
- At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
