SUSTAINABLY SOURCED, PREMIUM FRENCH OAK
All of our floors are made from premium French Oak on top of an engineered Eucalyptus core, for a floor that will stand the test of time. All raw materials in the production of our floors are derived exclusively from sustainable forestry areas.
Product Information
Lacquered mixed grade engineered oak flooring is a very popular choice of flooring for homes from brand new buildings to older properties, particularly in the 20x190mm option. Our lacquered engineered oak is highly versatile and will fit with most room features and décor. This floor blends well with the surroundings and adds a warm, welcoming touch, and it is because of this versatility that the lacquered engineered oak flooring is always in high demand.
This lacquered mixed grade engineered oak flooring is 20mm thick, made up of 14mm Eucalyptus plywood on the underside that is bonded to a full 6mm French oak wear layer, which itself is a full single strip width of 190mm.
The wood is sanded smooth and then a primer coat is applied to the board, before being followed by six fine spray coats of lacquer, including an anti-scratch finish. This creates a relatively hard and smooth finish that has a shiny satin appearance. The lacquered finish is very easy to keep clean and makes this finish a great choice for people who suffer from allergies.
Lacquered mixed grade engineered oak flooring is particularly popular for installation in rooms with less natural light available because the shiny satin finish reflects light exceptionally well and creates a warm, welcoming feel to any room.
Features within the oak of the engineered lacquered boards such as knots are subtly accentuated in slightly darker colours to the rest of the wood, which creates a very natural looking finished floor that includes features one would expect from such a product as beautiful natural oak.

Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)

- At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
