SUSTAINABLY SOURCED, PREMIUM FRENCH OAK
All of our floors are made from premium French Oak on top of an engineered Eucalyptus core, for a floor that will stand the test of time. All raw materials in the production of our floors are derived exclusively from sustainable forestry areas.
Product Information
Brushed and natural oiled mixed grade engineered oak flooring is a stunning oak floor for any home or venue and is by far one of our most popular engineered oak floors.
This engineered oak flooring is 20mm thick, made up from 14mm of Eucalyptus plywood underside that is fully bonded to 6mm of French oak wear layer. This wear layer of solid oak is itself a single strip that is 150mm wide for beautiful and impressive effect. The full face coverage of the single strip oak beautifully showcases the extra width available when ordering from our engineered oak flooring range.
The brushed and natural oiled mixed grade finish is achieved through 'brushing' the face of the planks during manufacture, removing the slightly softer fibres of the oak. After the oak has been brushed, it is oiled with natural waxoil, which creates a natural looking finish to the flooring. After the waxoil is applied, the brushing that happened during its manufacture enhances the beautiful grain features of natural oak, giving a slightly textured surface.
The brushed and natural oiled mixed grade finish is very easy to maintain and should only ever require a light sanding and another coat of wax oil to bring it back to pristine condition if/when required.

Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)
Key information -
- At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
