SUSTAINABLY SOURCED, PREMIUM FRENCH OAK
All of our floors are made from premium French Oak on top of an engineered Eucalyptus core, for a floor that will stand the test of time. All raw materials in the production of our floors are derived exclusively from sustainable forestry areas.
Product Information
Brushed & Natural Oiled Solid Oak Flooring is a stunning oak floor for any home and is one of our most popular solid oak floors.
This solid oak flooring is 18mm thick and 150mm wide, and is machined from one piece of solid oak.
The brushed & natural oiled finish is achieved by a 'brushing' process on the face of the planks during manufacture to remove the slightly softer fibres of the oak. Once the oak has been brushed, it then is oiled with a natural waxoil, creating a smooth but textured finish to the oak floor. After the waxoil is applied, the brushing from manufacturing enhances the beautiful grain features of the natural oak.
The finish on this floor is very easy to maintain and should only ever require a light sanding and another coat of wax oil to bring it back to pristine condition when required (depending on wear and tear). Brushed & natural oiled solid oak flooring is unlikely to require a total re-finish, which increases its lifespan and reduces maintenance costs. One of the benefits of this solid oak floor is that the underside is sealed for improved moisture protection, which reduces the risk of ‘cupping’ after installation.
Natural features such as knots are filled in on this solid oak flooring which creates a fuller, more blended look but still provides an accent of the natural features in the overall look of the flooring.

Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)

- At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
- If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
