F Ball Stopgap 1200 Pro Bag & Bottle 20kg
F Ball Stopgap 1200 Powder Mixed with Liquid is a low odour, fast setting, fast drying, two component smoothing underlayment suitable for preparing sound internal subfloors prior to the installation of new floor coverings.
It is particularly suitable for use over old adhesive residues (including bitumen and carpet tile tackifiers) without the need for priming. STOPGAP 1200 can be used for patch filling timber floors prior to overlaying with plywood. It is suitable for use in clinical and biologically sensitive areas, clean rooms etc. STOPGAP 1200 mixed with STOPGAP 1200 Liquid has been tested in accordance with IMO 2010 FTPC Part 5 (IMO Res. MSC 307(88)) and Annex 2 item 2.2 and approved for use in marine application by DNV.
STOPGAP 1200 is unaffected by moisture and is suitable for application over damp, clean, uneven concrete and sand/cement screeds, prior to application of STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes or STOPGAP ISOLATOR MEMBRANE.
STOPGAP 1200 is also suitable for use over a wide range of other subfloor types including STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes, sand/cement screed, concrete, granolithic, terrazzo, asphalt, steel, old vinyl asbestos tiles, epoxy and polyurethane resins, ceramic and quarry tiles.

Delivery
We offer two convenient delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

- All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
- Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
- In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns
- If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
- All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
- Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
- Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
